Background

Dived everywhere in the Maldives. Joined Hakuraa Dive and Sail team in September 2015. For Mufeed, going diving is just about going and enjoying each single day to keep what you want to see in your heart…it might or might not happen and that is the fun of it.

Experience

Has worked in the diving industry for more than 22 years. First as a Dive Master for 18 years and then as a Diving Instructor.

Interests

Diving, Underwater Photography, Playing football and Rugby, Fishing and all water Sport.

Khinda

Position Diving Instrutor

Speaks French and English

Background

Still enjoying every single dive, and a day without being in the water is a boring day. For Khinda, diving is all about this…everything is possible, nothing is guaranteed and that is what makes it so exciting.

Experience

Working since 2009 as Diving Instructor, then as Base Leader in Baa Atoll Maldives.  Join Hakuraa Dive and Sail team in October 2015.

Interests

Diving, Jet Ski, Travelling, Hiking, Cooking, Reading and Watching movies.

Position Water Sport Instructor

Speaks Dhivehi and English

Background

Working since 2010 as Water Sport Instructor in Maldives. Join Hakuraa Dive and Sail team in 2010 until 2012, then back again in 2015.

Magic

Position Divemaster

Speaks Dhivehi, English

Background

Magic was a compressor assistant on Hakura, responsible for full tanks and pure air, before he completed his Divemaster certification in 2007.

Experience

Divemaster since 2008 on the island of Hakura. Once in a while he helps out on Ellaidhoo. He is an expert when it comes to maintaining diving gear.

Interests

Magic plays soccer whenever there is time, he loves diving – especially with mantas and whale sharks (his BIG BROTHERS), Magic is an early riser and goes to the mosque every morning at 5am. Nevertheless, he is always in a bright mood and never tired - maybe the two glasses of hot water at each meal do the trick?
